Responsibilities
- Architect and develop production-grade LLM applications, AI assistants, agentic workflows, RAG solutions, and enterprise knowledge systems.
- Design agent orchestration, memory, tool calling, enterprise integration, human-in-the-loop controls, retrieval systems, and evaluation frameworks.
- Design and deploy AI applications, APIs, integrations, machine learning, predictive analytics, recommendation, forecasting, and optimization solutions.
- Lead technical implementation and deployment on Azure and/or AWS, including security, monitoring, testing, debugging, performance optimization, and operational readiness.
- Lead AI and analytics workstreams from solution design through deployment and stabilization while translating business requirements into scalable architectures.
- Mentor junior practitioners, guide engineering and delivery teams, manage client stakeholders, and contribute to proposals, estimations, workshops, demos, and reusable AI assets.
Requirements
- At least 6 years of hands-on experience in AI/ML, data science, Generative AI, or related engineering.
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field.
- Hands-on proficiency with Python, SQL, Generative AI/LLMs, Agentic AI, RAG, API integration, cloud AI platforms, LangGraph or similar frameworks, MCP, multi-agent systems, and A2A communication.
- Experience with AI engineering frameworks such as LangGraph, LangChain, Semantic Kernel, LlamaIndex, AutoGen, or CrewAI.
- Experience with scikit-learn, PyTorch, TensorFlow, predictive analytics, model evaluation, and model deployment.
- Preferred experience with GraphRAG, agent memory, multimodal AI, AI observability, evaluation, governance, Responsible AI, Docker, Kubernetes, MLOps, and cloud-native deployment architectures.
- Strong consulting, stakeholder management, technical leadership, solution architecture, and client delivery capabilities; experience in Consumer Tech, Enterprise Tech, Semiconductor, or other high-tech industries is preferred.
