Base Salary
$81k - $142k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of cloud-native solutions on Google Cloud Platform.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams throughout project execution.
- Translate business and technology requirements into scalable enterprise solutions with stakeholders, architects, and product teams.
- Drive code reviews, testing strategies, architecture standards, and CI/CD automation.
- Design secure, highly available, and resilient enterprise applications.
- Support cloud transformation, application modernization, and application migration initiatives.
- Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Contribute to solution architecture, technical roadmaps, and strategic technology decisions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in software development and technology solutions delivery.
- Prior experience as a Technical Lead, Lead Developer, or in a similar leadership role.
- Strong hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform services and cloud-native application development.
- Experience designing and implementing enterprise-scale solutions.
- Knowledge of software development best practices and modern engineering methodologies.
- Experience leading technical teams and mentoring developers.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working within Agile development environments.
- Preferred qualifications include active Google Cloud Platform certifications, .NET experience, Angular or other modern front-end framework experience, knowledge of AI and emerging cloud technologies, DevOps and CI/CD experience, application modernization and cloud migration experience, and containerization and cloud automation experience.
