Base Salary
$81k - $142k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of cloud-native solutions on Google Cloud Platform.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams throughout project execution.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and product teams to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Drive code reviews, testing strategies, architecture standards, and CI/CD automation.
- Design secure, highly available, and resilient enterprise applications.
- Support cloud transformation, application modernization, and migration initiatives.
- Identify project risks, develop mitigation strategies, and contribute to technical roadmaps and strategic technology decisions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 7 years of experience in software development and technology solutions delivery.
- Prior experience as a Technical Lead, Lead Developer, or in a similar leadership role.
- Strong hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform services and cloud-native application development.
- Experience designing and implementing enterprise-scale solutions.
- Experience leading technical teams and mentoring developers.
- Knowledge of software development best practices, modern engineering methodologies, and Agile development environments.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
- Preferred qualifications include active GCP certifications, .NET, Angular, DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, application modernization, cloud migration, containerization, and cloud automation experience.
