Base Salary
$145k - $160k/yr
Responsibilities
- Support Architecture CoE operations, governance activities, architectural reviews, Architecture and Engineering Councils, and EARB submissions.
- Develop and maintain reference architectures, standards, and design patterns for Azure, .NET, Microsoft Fabric, Power Platform, and integration technologies.
- Align PGIM affiliate architecture teams with Enterprise Architecture and CTO functions.
- Contribute to application modernization initiatives across Azure, Microsoft Fabric, and Power Platform.
- Enable AI strategy and adoption using Azure OpenAI, AI Foundry, Copilot Studio, and agentic solutions.
- Provide architecture guidance for Microsoft Fabric, Purview, Cosmos DB, Azure SQL, PostgreSQL, and ADLS Gen2 data platforms.
- Enhance developer experience through AI-enabled SDLC practices and integrations with GitHub, Azure DevOps, Terraform, and observability tools.
- Build reusable AI skills, MCP servers, prompt libraries, and automation components.
- Mentor development teams, lead office hours, and provide technical consulting on solution design and technology adoption.
Requirements
- Experience with enterprise architecture and solution architecture.
- Knowledge of Azure Cloud, .NET, Microsoft Fabric, and Power Platform.
- Experience with AI/GenAI technologies including Azure OpenAI, Copilot, and AI Foundry.
- Knowledge of data architecture and governance.
- Experience with DevOps, GitHub, Terraform, and Azure DevOps.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
