Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain performant, scalable frontend features for the Web Shop across desktop, mobile web, and tablet.
- Collaborate with product managers, UX designers, and QA managers to turn concepts and requirements into user-friendly, reliable features.
- Solve complex technical problems and architect sustainable frontend solutions.
- Own large-scale projects from conception through deployment with minimal oversight.
- Participate in code reviews and promote high-quality, maintainable code and knowledge sharing.
- Optimize frontend architecture, Core Web Vitals, accessibility, and development workflows.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of frontend development experience.
- Expert proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript, with deep experience using React and its ecosystem.
- Strong HTML and modern CSS skills, including responsive design or CSS-in-JS.
- Experience with frontend testing frameworks such as Jest and React Testing Library.
- Experience integrating APIs and managing application state with tools such as Redux, Zustand, or React Query.
- Familiarity with Webpack or Vite and package managers such as npm or yarn.
- Strong knowledge of web performance optimization and accessibility.
- Proficiency with Git and comfort working with CI/CD workflows.
- Strong problem-solving, judgment, autonomy, ownership, and ability to lead complex projects with little oversight.
- Preferred: experience with server-side rendering, large-scale e-commerce, Node.js, design systems or component libraries, and Cypress.
