Base Salary
$150k - $250k/yr
Responsibilities
- Define architecture, engineering standards, and end-to-end SAP solutions.
- Build and maintain SAP systems using ABAP and modern ABAP OO.
- Support S/4HANA migrations and apply SAP NetWeaver, AS ABAP, Gateway/OData, transport, and performance-tuning expertise.
- Design and deliver SAP BTP solutions using CAP on Node.js, XSUAA, Destinations, and Fiori.
- Translate business workflows into scalable, secure, and reliable systems.
- Provide hands-on, customer-facing delivery.
- Apply AI tools to development, testing, data, and support.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of hands-on SAP engineering experience; most leads have 6–10+ years.
- Strong ABAP and ABAP OO or modern ABAP skills.
- Experience with S/4HANA migrations and solid SAP fundamentals, including RAP and OData.
- Strong NetWeaver fundamentals, including AS ABAP, Gateway/OData provisioning, transport strategy, and performance tuning.
- Familiarity with SAP BTP, CAP on Node.js, XSUAA, Destinations, and Fiori.
- Ability to translate business workflows into scalable, secure, and reliable systems.
- Hands-on use of AI tools and clear ideas for applying AI to development, testing, data, and support.
- Strong learning ability, ownership, communication, and decision-making skills.
