Responsibilities
- Develop and enhance software features for desktop applications, APIs, websites, and internal tools using C# and .NET.
- Collaborate with international developers and business analysts to deliver high-quality software.
- Participate in code reviews, pair programming, and knowledge-sharing initiatives.
- Take ownership of real projects and develop toward opportunities to lead projects, manage resources, and mentor junior team members.
Requirements
- Have or expect a 2:1 or higher in a STEM degree.
- Have strong A-levels with a minimum grade profile of AAB, including an A in Maths.
- Demonstrate coding experience through academic, personal, or professional projects.
- Show passion for software development and willingness to learn new technologies, including AI-powered development tools.
- Demonstrate collaboration, problem-solving, attention to detail, independent learning, and clear communication skills.
