Base Salary
$100k - $100k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain scalable, reliable, and performance-sensitive software supporting trading and research infrastructure.
- Develop Python applications, services, data-processing systems, libraries, frameworks, and pipelines.
- Design and implement C++ trading frameworks, market-data solutions, market connectivity, and distributed high-performance systems.
- Build modern React and TypeScript dashboards and web applications supporting real-time data access and trading workflows.
- Collaborate with experienced colleagues to design production-grade systems and continuously improve shared technology platforms.
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or another degree with a heavy emphasis on software development.
- Proficiency in at least one core language or technology: Python, C++, KDB+/q, JavaScript, TypeScript, or React.
- Some software development experience in a commercial setting, through work experience, or through personal projects.
- Knowledge of Linux and version control systems.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Preferred qualifications include proficiency in more than one core programming language, hedge fund or finance experience, and demonstrable experience with Git and Linux.
