Base Salary
$144k - $194k/yr
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and fix production software issues.
- Develop monitoring solutions and automate support processes.
- Perform software maintenance and configuration for mission-critical services.
- Implement fixes and enhancements in internally developed software using Perl, Ruby, C, C++, Java, and Python.
- Update, track, and resolve technical challenges while working alongside development teams on AWS projects.
- Deploy and operate services in air-gapped regions supporting government customers.
- Automate support processes and maintain documentation for platform systems.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or CSSLP certification.
- At least 3 years of non-internship professional software development experience.
- At least 2 years of non-internship experience designing or architecting new and existing systems, including design patterns, reliability, and scaling.
- Experience programming in at least one software programming language.
- Current, active U.S. Government Top Secret security clearance with SCI eligibility or above.
- Preferred: 3+ years of full software development life-cycle experience covering coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations.
- Preferred: bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent.
