Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Support the integration and demonstration of experimental capabilities for customer engagements, including planning and executing capability demonstrations.
- Implement and evaluate algorithms, automation approaches, analytics, and modeling techniques relevant to cyber missions.
- Assist with designing and implementing cyber-physical test environments to measure system resilience, performance, and operational utility.
- Collaborate with software engineers, systems engineers, data scientists, and mission operators to transition prototypes into operational workflows.
- Prepare technical documentation, status reports, experiment plans, and demonstration materials for internal and external stakeholders.
- Assist in designing and developing cyber tools, techniques, and prototypes supporting cybersecurity, autonomous systems, and networking capabilities.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience in software design and development, cybersecurity R&D, systems analysis, or capability development.
- Strong background in networking, distributed systems, autonomous systems, or cyber operations concepts.
- Proficiency in Python and machine learning frameworks and scientific-computing libraries including PyTorch, TensorFlow, NumPy, SciPy, or scikit-learn.
- Experience applying machine learning to perception, planning, or control of autonomous systems.
- Strong knowledge of algorithms and data structures, plus an understanding of networking concepts and protocols such as TCP/IP and TLS.
- Ability to work in research-oriented, fast-moving, multidisciplinary environments.
- U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance.
- Preferred qualifications include government research or cyber-component experience, embedded-systems algorithm development, computer vision, mathematical optimization, video encoding, and multithreaded or distributed-systems experience.
- An active Secret, TS, or TS/SCI clearance is preferred.
