Responsibilities
- Write, test, debug, and modify software applications using current programming languages and technologies.
- Design and develop APIs and software enhancements based on business requirements.
- Collaborate with product managers and users to define system requirements and necessary modifications.
- Write technical specifications based on conceptual designs and business requirements.
- Perform unit testing and debugging.
- Guide junior team members through technical difficulties and solve business problems.
- Conduct interviews for junior positions.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of Java development experience.
- Experience with Core Java, Java 8+, Spring Boot, Spring Security, Spring MVC, design patterns, microservices, RESTful APIs, OAuth2, JPA, and logging.
- Basic knowledge of cloud environments, CI/CD, DevOps, GitHub, servlet containers, Unix scripting, and database concepts.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Fintech or payments-domain experience is preferred.
