Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and configure invoice data transformation solutions using Bottomline Technologies’ Transform platform.
- Build and optimize invoice transformations across EDI, XML, JSON, CSV, and other document formats.
- Translate invoicing requirements into Transform configurations, mappings, workflows, and custom scripts with business analysts and clients.
- Troubleshoot invoice transformation issues and ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with business rules.
- Integrate Transform solutions with SAP, Oracle, procurement platforms, and third-party invoicing systems through APIs and file-based interfaces.
- Manage invoice processing workflows including validation, enrichment, routing, and downstream delivery.
- Document transformation rules, field mappings, and deployment procedures.
- Participate in unit, integration, and user acceptance testing.
- Act as a subject matter expert, contribute to team decisions, mentor junior team members, and coordinate cross-functional activities.
- Lead process improvements and provide solutions across immediate and multiple teams.
Requirements
- A minimum of 7.5 years of experience in Java Full Stack Development.
- Proficiency in Java full-stack development.
- Knowledge of front-end technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks.
- Backend development experience using Java and related frameworks.
- Familiarity with database management and integration techniques.
- Ability to design and implement RESTful APIs and web services.
- Understanding of the software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
- 15 years of full-time education.
- Ability to collaborate across teams, make technical decisions, and mentor junior team members.
