Responsibilities
- Design scalable, highly available, and outage-resilient infrastructure across multiple cloud providers.
- Analyze requirements, propose solutions with team members, and implement them.
- Automate deployments of NC2 managed services across AWS and Azure.
- Enhance the deployment engine to automate and streamline deployment execution.
- Prepare and execute safe production deployments.
- Develop monitoring and logging infrastructure, including dashboards and alerts.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience working as a Systems or DevOps Engineer with public cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure.
- Experience with continuous integration and delivery concepts and tools including Jenkins, GitLab, or GitHub Actions.
- Experience with configuration management tools including Ansible, Chef, or Puppet.
- Experience with provisioning tools including Terraform and/or AWS CloudFormation.
- Experience with Docker and container orchestration platforms such as Kubernetes.
- Deep knowledge of Linux.
- Experience with interpreted or scripting languages such as Python or Bash.
- Knowledge of Golang is a plus.
- Ability to collaborate, share ideas and problems, and respond quickly to feedback.
