Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain Motion-related applications and platform capabilities.
- Design and implement Java Spring backend services and APIs.
- Develop frontend solutions and user interfaces for Motion applications.
- Build reusable, application-agnostic Motion platform components.
- Support platform upgrades, framework updates, and technical modernization.
- Participate in design, implementation, testing, and deployment within iterative development processes.
- Collaborate with technical leads and stakeholders to follow architecture, governance, and development standards.
- Perform bug fixing, maintenance, performance improvements, and automated testing support.
- Contribute to improvements in development practices and tooling.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of relevant professional experience in a similar role.
- Experience with Java, JavaScript, full-stack application development, Spring Boot, frontend technologies, UI development, testing, and quality assurance.
- Experience working in cross-functional teams and contributing to project deliverables.
- Exposure to end-to-end processes including requirements gathering, implementation, testing, and support.
- Ability to analyze business and technical requirements, troubleshoot issues, identify root causes, and implement solutions.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or Business Administration, or equivalent experience.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, stakeholder management, prioritization, independent-working, collaboration, and attention-to-detail skills.
