Responsibilities
- Partner with local and global domain experts to translate business problems into production AI solutions.
- Reuse and extend minimum viable solutions and AI building blocks to implement custom services, integrations, and agents.
- Ship and own solutions across backend, frontend, data/ML, and operations from development through production.
- Ensure security, compliance, and reliability while setting up CI/CD, containerization, and infrastructure as code as needed.
- Document, operationalize, scale solutions, and contribute reusable patterns to the central building-block catalogue.
Requirements
- Hands-on software engineering experience with a track record of shipping production code across backend, frontend, data, and operations.
- Ability to work effectively in unfamiliar codebases, domains, and partner environments.
- Practical experience with cloud-native stacks, DevOps, containers, Kubernetes, testing, observability, and secure coding in regulated settings.
- Working knowledge of Python, APIs, vector databases, and LLM or agent frameworks.
- Strong collaboration, communication, and documentation skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering or equivalent professional experience.
- Fluency in English.
