Base Salary
$174k - $252k/yr
Responsibilities
- Advise Cloud leadership on insider risk topics including threat analysis, access controls, intellectual property protection, and detection and response.
- Evaluate security and risk across complex, interconnected products, systems, and services and drive mitigation and remediation of systemic issues.
- Own portions of the security outlook and roadmap for the assigned technical problem space.
- Design and implement security controls, tools, and processes to address difficult security problems.
- Apply information security and risk management principles covering access management, detection and response, system resilience, and vulnerability management.
- Partner with engineering organizations to identify, develop, document, and test controls for design and operating effectiveness.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Five years of experience with security assessments, security design reviews, or threat modeling.
- Five years of experience with security engineering, computer and network security, and security protocols.
- Five years of coding experience in one or more general-purpose languages.
- One year of experience leading teams in a technical capacity or leading technical risk analysis in an enterprise environment.
- Preferred: eight years of experience in engineering, cybersecurity, technology risk, or security-related roles.
- Preferred: experience with control frameworks, risk assessment, compliance testing, monitoring, and governance.
- Preferred: technical understanding of cloud software development methodologies, architectures, hardware, and networking concepts.
- Preferred: strong analytical, critical-thinking, quantitative, and problem-solving abilities.
Benefits
- US base salary of $174000-$252000, plus a 15% bonus target, equity, and benefits.
