Base Salary
$99k - $225k/yr
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement secure cloud architectures for mission-critical Intelligence Community systems.
- Support documentation, validation, assessment, and accreditation processes for IT systems.
- Assess compliance with Information Assurance and security requirements and analyze organizational risk thresholds.
- Advise leaders and clients on security objectives, doctrine, procedures, and governance.
- Evaluate applications and software utilities for adherence to software assurance best practices.
- Research and recommend security tools and capabilities for on-premises, cloud-based, and hybrid environments.
- Collaborate with clients and cloud security specialists to ensure security standards are met.
Requirements
- Experience building and administering cloud environments using cloud-native functionality and commercial, government, and open-source tools.
- Experience evaluating security architectures, developing guidance, and troubleshooting security issues.
- Experience working in an Agile development environment.
- Knowledge of infrastructure-as-code concepts, including Terraform, CloudFormation, or Bicep.
- Active TS/SCI clearance and willingness to complete a polygraph examination.
- Associate degree with 10+ years, bachelor's degree with 8+ years, or master's degree with 6+ years supporting IT projects and activities.
- Ability to obtain a DoD 8570 IAT Level III certification and a DoD 8570 CSSP-Infrastructure Support certification within 30 days of starting.
- Preferred experience with the software development life cycle, cloud technologies, multicloud governance, and automation.
- Preferred knowledge of AWS Control Tower, Azure Landing Zones, or GCP Organization Policies.
- Preferred team leadership, client relationship, interpersonal, verbal communication, and written communication skills.
