Base Salary
$152k - $215k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain reusable frameworks, libraries, APIs, and reference implementations for zero trust authentication and authorization.
- Create developer guides, documentation, and best practices for integrating with security services.
- Implement fine-grained authorization patterns including entitlements, row-level security, and ABAC.
- Collaborate with architects and engineers to satisfy performance, usability, and compliance requirements.
- Conduct code reviews and guide development teams on secure coding and integration practices.
- Research emerging zero trust and identity and access management technologies and recommend improvements.
Requirements
- At least 10 years of professional experience in software engineering, security engineering, or related roles.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in lieu of a degree.
- Active TS/SCI clearance with CI Polygraph.
- Strong experience designing, developing, and deploying application components using AWS cloud services in IL6+ classified environments.
- Expert experience implementing authentication and authorization frameworks such as OAuth 2.0, OIDC, and SAML.
- Experience with identity and access management platforms such as ForgeRock, Okta, Keycloak, and Ping Identity.
- Expertise with fine-grained access control models including entitlements, row-level security, and ABAC.
- Expert proficiency in at least one programming language such as Java, Go, or Python.
- Experience with zero trust architecture and principles.
- Experience creating developer documentation and integration guides.
- Strong understanding of secure coding practices and software development lifecycle security.
