Base Salary
$224k - $357k/yr
Responsibilities
- Define feature specifications with product and research teams.
- Architect, design, and develop scalable, high-performance SaaS for AI-assisted developer workflows.
- Build AI coding and profiling agents and supporting services.
- Improve cloud services and align with corporate infrastructure strategies for internal and external customers.
- Mentor engineers and review code and system designs.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
- 12+ years of industry experience.
- Experience developing large-scale user-facing applications with web and cloud services.
- Full-stack web UI development experience with React, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Familiarity with Kubernetes, Infrastructure as Code, and AWS.
- DevOps experience including CI/CD, monitoring, and alerts.
- Proficiency in Python.
- Experience building agent workflows and harnesses or sandboxing for agents or GPU environments in the cloud.
- Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Preferred: CUDA programming and kernel optimization, GPU profiling and repeatable benchmarking, Kata Containers or another VM-based container runtime, and Rust proficiency.
