Base Salary
$195k - $265k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own a product surface end to end, from customer conversations to rollout.
- Design and ship alerting and analytics that meet latency SLAs.
- Build entitlement and spend-control primitives that enforce real-time billing states.
- Shape the roadmap and interfaces for other teams to build against.
- Collaborate with PM, design, sales, and customer success to address customer pain points.
Requirements
- 9+ years of software engineering experience with a track record of owning products end to end.
- Energized by ambiguity and ownership, wanting a say in what gets built.
- Strong product instincts and genuine customer empathy.
- Comfortable designing APIs and data models for team and customer use.
- Ability to reason about real-time and low-latency tradeoffs.
