Base Salary
$128k - $196k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build new features for internal and external users and refactor existing functionality.
- Work across backend, frontend, low-level systems, and user-interface technologies.
- Drive the architecture of the application platform in alignment with team needs and the product roadmap.
- Collaborate with product, design, machine learning, infrastructure, clinical, QA, and regulatory teams.
- Uphold engineering standards through code consistency, review, testing, and integration.
- Mentor teammates and share technical knowledge.
- Take responsibility for code quality and contribute to platform reliability, data integrity, and compliance.
- Support software validation expectations and inspection readiness for clinical trial workflows.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science or higher in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
- At least 5 years of full life cycle development experience.
- Experience designing and building Python applications with FastAPI or Django.
- Experience with modern frontend JavaScript frameworks such as React or Vue.
- Strong foundation in data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented design.
- Ability to collaborate with distributed teams and work autonomously.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- AWS cloud platform experience.
- Knowledge of an infrastructure-as-code framework is a plus.
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools such as GitLab CI is a plus.
- Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes is a plus.
Benefits
- Annual pay range of $127,500–$195,500.
- Not overtime eligible.
