Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Architect solutions across the technology stack to enhance product experiences.
- Oversee the design and execution of the team’s projects.
- Mentor and support the growth of engineers within the team.
- Build new, reliable services for customers and improve existing systems.
- Partner with management to develop the team’s roadmap and prioritize projects.
- Shape team culture and recruit senior engineers.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a backend or backend-leaning full-stack engineer.
- Familiarity with frontend technologies for debugging purposes.
- Experience with Go, Node.js, TypeScript, and React.
- Strong coding skills and a passion for writing high-quality code.
- Ability to design systems with a vision while delivering incremental value.
