Base Salary
$185k - $225k/yr
Responsibilities
- Architect solutions across the technology stack and oversee the design and execution of team projects.
- Build new highly reliable services for customers’ critical paths and improve existing systems for performance, reliability, security, and developer usability.
- Partner with engineering management and product teams to build roadmaps, prioritize critical work, and ship projects to production.
- Write, review, and maintain production code while owning the systems and services developed by the team.
- Mentor engineers and help develop the next generation of full-stack engineers.
- Shape team culture and support recruiting leadership and senior engineers.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a backend or backend-leaning full-stack engineer.
- Familiarity with frontend development and the ability to debug frontend issues as needed.
- Familiarity with Go, Node.js, TypeScript, and React.
- Strong interest in mentoring engineers, owning systems, building roadmaps, and contributing to team growth.
