Base Salary
$187k - $250k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build next-generation talent management software, including agentic experiences with LLMs.
- Architect and execute platform-level improvements focused on quality, performance, design, and reusability.
- Define and lead multi-quarter initiatives involving multiple cross-functional teams.
- Write clean, scalable, and performant code and improve technical foundations and architecture.
- Prototype new ideas and collaborate on taking them to production.
- Set a high technical bar for designs and decisions.
- Mentor and coach lead engineers and collaborate with engineering and product leadership on strategy and roadmap.
- Handle enterprise customer escalation issues as needed.
Requirements
- 10+ years of hands-on experience building and scaling user-facing products, preferably in SaaS.
- Experience leading multi-quarter initiatives across multiple cross-functional teams.
- Strong ability to write clean, scalable, and performant code.
- Strong understanding of scalability, reliability, and performance optimization.
- Proficiency with SQL and NoSQL data storage platforms, distributed systems, and analytics.
- Preferred experience with search platforms such as Solr and Lucene and with AI platforms.
- BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent experience is preferred.
- Ability to evaluate tradeoffs, make judgment calls, collaborate across organizational boundaries, and mentor experienced engineers.

- Annual base salary range of $187,000 to $250,000 for Zone A, plus potential discretionary bonus up to 20% and pre-IPO equity; compensation figures are provided by the posting.
