Responsibilities
- Build and maintain revenue-generating advertising features across web and backend platforms.
- Develop React/TypeScript micro-frontends, GraphQL federation solutions, backend services, and ad-tech integrations.
- Design and deliver well-scoped projects while contributing to system design, reliability, performance, and code quality.
- Ship experiments using A/B trial platforms with guardrail metrics and rollback paths.
- Collaborate with engineers, product managers, designers, technical program managers, Ad Ops, and page-owner teams.
- Participate in code reviews, testing, monitoring, agile ceremonies, interviewing, and onboarding.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience designing, coding, and debugging production web applications and backend services.
- Strong proficiency with React and TypeScript, including micro-frontends, server-side rendering, and web performance optimization.
- Backend experience with Node.js/TypeScript and/or Java with Spring Boot, plus experience designing and consuming GraphQL APIs.
- Experience with AWS, container/Kubernetes platforms, CI/CD tools such as GitLab, and observability tools such as Datadog.
- Experience with unit and integration testing using Jest, Playwright, or equivalent tools.
- Demonstrated ability to independently deliver quality features and communicate with technical and non-technical partners.
- BS in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience.
