Responsibilities
- Design, develop, maintain, and scale full-stack Vertical Solutions products.
- Write production-quality code using AI coding assistants and tools.
- Prototype ideas with real customers and turn validated concepts into production systems.
- Build distributed orchestration systems for AI agents, robots, and human-in-the-loop workflows.
- Design evaluations and measure AI system quality using real customer data and empirical metrics.
- Translate customer needs into technical solutions and contribute to scalable, reliable enterprise systems.
- Drive adoption and effective usage of AI-powered productivity tools across the team.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, computer science, or equivalent experience.
- At least 3 years of software engineering experience focused on distributed systems and backend architecture.
- Strong proficiency in one or more system-level languages such as JavaScript, C#, or Java.
- Full-stack experience with backend services, frontend layers, REST or GraphQL APIs, and UI integration.
- Experience with React, TypeScript, or other modern frontend frameworks.
- Experience building production AI systems involving LLMs, tool calling, multi-agent architectures, orchestration frameworks, structured outputs, and model evaluation.
- Understanding of object-oriented programming, design patterns, system design, data structures, multithreading, asynchronous programming, and synchronization.
- Hands-on experience with Azure, AWS, or GCP and with Docker, Kubernetes, or equivalent technologies.
- Experience using AI coding tools or coding agents such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code, or similar.
- Experience with applied ML, data science, evaluation, retrieval-heavy architectures, RAG, trustworthy AI, workflow orchestration, or large-scale data platforms is preferred.
- Strong communication, analytical, collaboration, stakeholder-management, and technical decision-making skills.
