Responsibilities
- Own and evolve core developer tooling, including observability and CI/CD workflows.
- Architect and operate agentic AI solutions that perform multi-step, tool-using work in developers’ daily routines.
- Embed agentic AI systems into the internal developer platform and its CI/CD and observability workflows.
- Scale platform and AI solutions reliably across more than 800 engineers, teams, and technology stacks.
- Work directly with developers to solve day-to-day engineering challenges.
- Build, deploy, and operate AI workloads reliably at scale.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a closely related discipline, or a master’s degree in the same field.
- 4–7 years of hands-on experience as a Platform Engineer or Site Reliability Engineer.
- Recent hands-on experience working with agentic AI.
- Experience building and deploying multi-step agentic AI systems with tool use, memory, and autonomous decision-making.
- Solid experience with Kubernetes and cloud-native infrastructure, preferably AWS.
- Hands-on experience with observability tools.
- Strong system engineering skills and experience building systems at scale.
