Responsibilities
- Lead, empower, coach, and develop a team of solution engineers and technical experts.
- Advise customers on needs and solution decisions, including security considerations.
- Plan global capacity, prioritize work, and coordinate resources, tools, and programs for customer engagements.
- Lead the design and delivery of end-to-end Microsoft solutions, demonstrations, and proof-of-concept activities.
- Identify customer, technical, business, partner, and market trends to shape global strategy and scale best practices.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field plus 6+ years of technical pre-sales or technical consulting experience; or bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field plus 8+ years; or 10+ years of relevant experience; or equivalent experience.
- Preferred: 10+ years of technical pre-sales, technical consulting, technology delivery, or related experience, or equivalent experience.
- Preferred: 8+ years of experience with cloud and hybrid or on-premises infrastructures, architecture designs, migrations, industry standards, and/or technology management.
- Preferred: 5+ years of people management experience, including leading virtual teams.
Benefits
- Typical base pay range is CAD $165,000 to CAD $313,300 per year in Canada.
- The position is open for a minimum of five days, with applications accepted continuously until the role is filled.
