Base Salary
$142k - $213k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and develop LLM-powered applications and agentic systems using ADK and LangChain.
- Build and manage multi-agent orchestration, tool chaining, and workflow automation.
- Develop input/output guardrails to support safe and compliant AI behavior.
- Integrate AI solutions with enterprise APIs, data platforms, and internal systems.
- Design real-time and asynchronous AI pipelines using REST APIs, streaming, and WebSockets.
- Partner with Risk, Compliance, and Model Governance teams on model risk management validation and approvals.
- Lead AI solution delivery from concept through production deployment.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineering teams.
- Drive AI engineering standards, best practices, and reusable frameworks.
- Ensure observability, monitoring, and performance optimization of AI systems.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of AI/ML engineering experience and at least 6 years of overall engineering experience.
- Strong proficiency in Python and backend development.
- Hands-on experience with ADK for building and orchestrating agents.
- Experience with LangChain or similar LLM frameworks.
- Experience building LLM/GenAI systems involving RAG, agents, and tool chaining.
- Proven ability to deliver production-grade systems in enterprise environments.
- Strong understanding of API integration, distributed systems, and microservices architecture.
- Experience working in regulated industries, preferably financial services.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Preferred experience with multi-agent systems, Gemini, OpenAI, Vertex AI, AML systems, financial crime detection, compliance workflows, AI guardrails, evaluation frameworks, observability tools, real-time AI systems, and GCP, AWS, or Azure.
