Responsibilities
- Implement features and workflow enhancements in ServiceNow modules.
- Maintain data consistency across Asset, Process, and Risk domains.
- Develop and maintain API-based integrations between ServiceNow and internal systems.
- Write automation scripts to reduce manual operational tasks.
- Test and validate integrations for reliability and correctness.
- Participate in monitoring, troubleshooting, and incident handling.
- Maintain clear documentation of configurations and processes.
- Engage in code reviews and technical discussions.
- Improve understanding of governance processes.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in software engineering or enterprise SaaS platforms.
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow governance modules.
- Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and structured data formats.
- Familiarity with cloud environments like AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Ability to write automation or integration code in Python or similar languages.
- Strong communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Comfortable in regulated, fast-paced environments.
