Responsibilities
- Teach, coach, and guide product teams on data and ML best practices.
- Conduct complex data analysis and ML modeling as needed.
- Own data analysis, ML modeling, and workflow logic for AI features.
- Design and implement AI-driven data ingestion flows.
- Build workflows where AI can auto-fill or suggest key fields.
- Work closely with engineers to integrate models into production systems.
- Help teams identify and scope AI opportunities.
- Mentor junior data/ML engineers and analysts.
Requirements
- 5+ years in data science, ML engineering, or a similar applied role.
- Strong Python skills and experience with pandas.
- Experience with PySpark or other distributed data processing frameworks.
- Solid understanding of ML fundamentals, including supervised learning.
- Proficiency with PyTorch or a similar deep learning framework.
- Strong SQL and experience with modern data warehouses.
- Comfort working with APIs and production integration of ML models.
