Responsibilities
- Design and deliver new self-serve experiences to drive user engagement.
- Collaborate with product, design, and data teams to define hypotheses and success metrics.
- Build secure and performant features that align with growth goals.
- Contribute to experimentation infrastructure and improve internal growth processes.
- Review code and provide technical guidance to junior engineers and interns.
- Deliver work that impacts measurable customer outcomes and business growth.
Requirements
- 3+ years of professional software development experience in a production SaaS environment.
- Experience building backend services in modern languages like Go, Node.js, Ruby, or Python.
- Proficiency in React and/or TypeScript for customer-facing web applications.
- Experience designing and integrating backend systems, including APIs and data models.
- Ability to work in fast iteration cycles and use data to inform decisions.
- Strong collaboration skills and curiosity.
