Responsibilities
- Train and coach partners on value pillars, use cases, and business cases.
- Provide architecture expertise to partners.
- Drive adoption of Cribl University tracks and online resources.
- Align Cribl and partner sales activities to increase deal confidence and velocity.
- Monitor and maintain partner status and contribution.
Requirements
- Experience working with channel partners, including engagement and training.
- 3+ years in Sales Engineering, Professional Services, or Consulting with cloud and SaaS technologies.
- Familiarity with logs, metrics, IT operations, and security in observability or data platform contexts.
- Hands-on experience in delivering technical enablement for partner or customer audiences.
- Strong storytelling and presales skills to simplify complex data architectures.
- Experience with proof-of-value or proof-of-concept projects.
- Proficiency with multiple operating systems, especially Linux.
- Knowledge of JavaScript and Regex or similar scripting skills.
- Ability to travel up to 40% for customer and partner engagements.
- Knowledge of MEDDPICC or similar solution selling methodologies is advantageous.
- Cloud platform certifications are a plus.
