Responsibilities
- Break down larger projects into individual tasks and deliver them in phases.
- Collaborate with product management, design, and analytics throughout the product development lifecycle.
- Create and monitor metrics to support the operations and availability of team artifacts.
- Engage in growth and development activities, including participation in the interview process.
- Participate in an on-call rotation as required.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a software engineer.
- Proficient in designing, developing, and launching backend systems using Python or Kotlin.
- Familiar with distributed systems and technologies such as AWS, MySQL, and Kubernetes.
- Ability to translate simple problems into solutions that involve multiple software components.
- Strong debugging skills and experience providing feedback through code reviews.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration.
