Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Contribute to the internal developer platform supporting backend development.
- Build and improve developer tooling, including CLI and scaffolding workflows.
- Maintain and enhance CI/CD, linting, and testing workflows in the monorepo.
- Contribute code to shared Go and Python libraries and services.
- Use AI to explore solutions and automate repetitive tasks.
- Debug issues, write tests, and validate behavior in real environments.
- Improve team documentation and shared context for better results.
Requirements
- 1+ years of professional development experience or 2+ years of open source contributions.
- Relevant software engineering experience through internships or early-career roles.
- Strong software engineering fundamentals and ability to write production-quality code.
- Experience with Python or Go, with a willingness to learn the less familiar language.
- Familiarity with modern development workflows like version control and CI/CD.
- Good judgment in using AI tools for engineering work.
- Comfort taking ownership of scoped problems and increasing independence.
- Strong learning mindset and adaptability in a fast-moving environment.
- Clear communication and collaborative approach with teammates.
