Responsibilities
- Learn Five9 products and processes.
- Gain a working understanding of contact center terminology and telephony requirements.
- Help develop processes and documentation for the Associate Platform Engineer Program.
- Participate in practice and production environments.
- Become involved in client project implementation as knowledge develops.
- Effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements
- 2+ years of college education focused on computer sciences or a related field.
- Exposure to a Contact Center environment is a plus.
- Ability to work remotely with minimal oversight.
- Self-starter with excellent time management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple activities simultaneously.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
