Responsibilities
- Connect existing AI tools into shared, maintainable assets for the legal team.
- Build a structured, queryable legal repository from existing research and precedents.
- Implement AI-assisted workflows for high-volume legal tasks as prioritized by legal ops.
- Document systems and create maintenance runbooks for team training and future use.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience building and deploying AI-assisted workflows.
- Proficiency with Claude or similar LLMs, including prompt engineering.
- Experience integrating tools using APIs and MCPs.
- Ability to operate in ambiguous situations and translate business problems into working systems.
- Familiarity with internal technology governance processes.
- Bonus: Experience working alongside attorneys and understanding legal workflows.
