Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain data solutions for oncology research.
- Collaborate with clinical data analysts to ensure data quality.
- Break down ambiguous requirements into actionable tasks.
- Translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Monitor CI/CD processes and resolve issues.
- Manage multiple pipelines and stakeholders effectively.
- Participate in design and code reviews.
- Identify and propose improvements to code and processes.
Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience in data engineering or software engineering.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and Python.
- Experience with ETL/ELT pipeline development.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms, preferably AWS.
- Experience with containerized environments like Docker.
- Knowledge of data modeling and production datasets in Snowflake.
- Ability to collaborate through Git and documentation.
- Strong communication skills with non-technical stakeholders.
