Responsibilities

- Drive architectural improvements in the pricing platform to accommodate growth and new products.
- Mentor and coach engineers, promoting best practices in system design and operational excellence.
- Ensure the quality and reliability of pricing engines through testing and monitoring.
- Champion enhancements in developer experience and platform resilience.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional software development experience with scalable products.
- Proficiency in Python and experience with Java or Kotlin.
- Ability to independently manage complex engineering projects.
- Experience in designing scalable APIs and microservices in cloud environments.
- Strong problem-solving skills focused on scalability and reliability.
- Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience mentoring engineers and influencing technical direction.
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and driving impactful outcomes.
