Base Salary
$179k - $269k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead and execute systems engineering for multiple autonomy behavior components.
- Write performance requirements for various features considering operational variations.
- Lead system-level performance analysis and build evaluation pipelines.
- Develop metrics and dashboards for driving behavior and system performance.
- Analyze test results to identify performance gaps and develop mitigations.
- Collaborate with the Integration and Test team to execute the Design Verification Plan.
- Engage hands-on with the product to provide expert feedback.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Robotics, or related field with 4+ years of experience.
- Experience in motion planning, motion control, or robotics.
- Experience with analysis, metrics development, and validation of complex robotics systems.
- Experience in requirement formulation that informs decision making.
- Familiarity with scientific methods for trade studies and testing.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or C++.
- Strong desire to learn new technology and software skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Willingness to travel to remote offices and test facilities.
