Responsibilities

Develop, maintain, and enhance complex and diverse backend software systems.
Develop and customize core applications including Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge, and Service Catalog applications.
Design and develop Python-based software with an emphasis on APIs.
Review and test software components for adherence to design requirements and document test results.
Resolve software problem reports and apply appropriate software development and design methodologies.
Provide input on system design, hardware/software trade-offs, software reuse, COTS/GOTS solutions, and requirements analysis.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related discipline from an accredited college or university, or four additional years of software engineering experience on projects with similar software processes.
At least two years of experience developing and customizing core applications such as Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge, and Service Catalog.
At least four years of IT application systems experience in technology solutions delivery.
Experience with Python.
Active TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph.
Ability to work individually or as part of a team on complex software systems.
