Base Salary
$405k - $485k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own technical design and end-to-end delivery of a core component of a vertical or enterprise product.
- Work with research to improve domain-specific model capabilities, shape evaluations, identify failure modes, and share customer learnings.
- Partner with product, design, go-to-market, enterprise customers, and sales to convert workflows into shipped products.
- Set team technical direction and standards for architecture, code quality, and development practices.
- Mentor engineers and raise the technical bar through influence and technical leadership.
Requirements
- 8+ years of software engineering experience, ideally including 2+ years at a Staff or equivalent technical leadership level.
- Experience leading the design and delivery of complex enterprise or B2B products across the full stack.
- Experience building AI products and translating model capabilities into usable applications.
- Ability to work directly with enterprise customers and turn their feedback into technical decisions.
- Experience building products from 0 to 1 and setting technical direction in fast-moving environments.
- Ability to drive cross-team alignment through influence rather than authority.
- Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience in a relevant field.
- Preferred qualifications include research collaboration on domain-specific model capabilities and evaluation frameworks; deep expertise in relevant financial, scientific, healthcare, or enterprise platform domains; and exposure to both product-led growth and direct enterprise sales.

- Annual compensation range of $405,000–$485,000 USD.
