Base Salary
$405k - $485k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own technical design and delivery for a core piece of one of the vertical or enterprise products.
- Work closely with research to improve model capabilities in your domain.
- Partner with product, design, and go-to-market teams to develop enterprise customer workflows into shipped products.
- Set technical direction and standards for your team, including architecture and code quality.
- Engage directly with enterprise customers to inform engineering priorities.
- Mentor other engineers and elevate the technical standards across the team.
Requirements
- 8+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 2 years in a Staff or equivalent technical leadership role.
- Experience leading the design and delivery of complex enterprise or B2B products across the full stack.
- Proven track record in building AI products and translating model capabilities into user applications.
- Comfortable working directly with enterprise customers and making technical decisions based on their feedback.
- Experience building products from 0 to 1 in fast-paced environments.
- Ability to drive cross-team alignment and ship impactful work through influence.
