Responsibilities
- Coordinate digital engineering activities for international programs at national and international levels.
- Collect functional and non-functional requirements and formalize business and technical requirements.
- Define target application architectures in collaboration with relevant internal and external organizations.
- Select software technologies with Leonardo business units and participating companies or entities.
- Analyze end-to-end engineering business processes, particularly in Model-Based Enterprise environments.
- Plan and prepare business cases and support problem-solving in international contexts.
- Define integrations across different ALM and PLM environments and manage multidomain environments.
- Coordinate work across multidisciplinary and international teams and travel nationally and internationally as required.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a STEM discipline, preferably aerospace, mechanical, electronic, mechatronic, or computer engineering.
- More than five years of Digital Engineering experience as a Solution Architect.
- Strong knowledge of engineering business processes, with a focus on Model-Based Enterprise.
- Experience as a PLM Solution Architect, particularly with Siemens Teamcenter.
- Knowledge of System of Systems, MBSE, Software Engineering, and ALM methodologies and technologies.
- Knowledge of ALM/PLM integration, complex IT architecture design, business-process analysis, and integrated-system requirements definition.
- Knowledge of NAF and aerospace certification standards including CS-25, ARP 4754B, EASA AMC 20-42, ARP 4761A, DO-178C, and DO-33x is a plus.
- Project Management skills and INCOSE certification are a plus.
- Advanced English proficiency at B2–C1 level.
- Experience with Windows, Linux, Android, Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, Siemens Teamcenter, Dassault Cameo, IBM ELM, IBM DOORS, CATIA V5, and NX.
- Knowledge of manufacturing systems, customer support and service systems, Agile methodologies, and SecDevOps is a plus.
- Strong analytical, teamwork, communication, flexibility, innovation, and results-orientation skills.
