Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes, operating models, and industry-specific challenges and translate them into custom software solutions and application architectures.
- Design and govern modern, cloud-native application architectures, primarily on Microsoft Azure, acting as the architectural design authority.
- Work with delivery teams throughout the project lifecycle to maintain end-to-end architectural consistency, support technical decisions, and manage architectural evolution, complexity, and trade-offs.
- Collaborate with Client Account Teams and Sales on solution shaping, value propositions, estimates, assumptions, architectural models, and technical feasibility assessments.
- Promote Generative AI and agentic solutions for clients and AI-assisted development practices such as GitHub Copilot.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients on technology choices and the ongoing evolution of solutions.
Requirements
- Solid experience designing custom software solutions in complex environments, with direct responsibility for architectural decisions and delivery impact.
- Established cloud experience focused on Microsoft Azure; AWS and/or Google Cloud experience is considered a plus.
- Ability to translate business processes and industry-specific contexts into scalable and maintainable software architectures.
- Relevant experience in areas such as Financial Services, Public Sector, or Product/Platform environments.
- Concrete, applied interest in Generative AI and agentic solutions for both client architectures and software development.
- Experience working in Agile environments with multidisciplinary development, platform, security, and data teams.
- Strong architectural judgment, pragmatic delivery orientation, and ability to manage complex and non-standard problems and trade-offs.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with technical and business stakeholders, including international stakeholders.
- Degree in a technical or scientific discipline or equivalent professional experience.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Cloud, AI, or architecture certifications such as Microsoft Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud are a plus.
