Base Salary
$167k - $204k/yr
Responsibilities
- Develop responsive, resilient, scalable, and high-quality software using React, Java, Postgres, and other tools and libraries.
- Design, build, and maintain the task-prioritization and communication platforms supporting sales center operations.
- Balance complex infrastructure investments with pragmatic solutions for business needs.
- Collaborate with engineering and non-technical stakeholders to define, design, and lead significant multi-person projects.
- Mentor and guide engineers while providing technical leadership and advocating for best practices.
- Participate in an on-call rotation when applicable, including potential nights and weekends, to support production systems and service reliability.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of professional software development experience specifically with React and Java.
- Proven experience designing, building, and maintaining scalable, high-performance web applications.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills for working effectively in a team environment.
- Knowledge of leveraging AI tools to improve efficiency and productivity is highly desired.
