Base Salary
$110k - $136k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain web applications supporting capital markets and fixed income using Angular and TypeScript.
- Develop backend services and APIs using Java, Spring Boot, and NodeJS.
- Collaborate with front office, middle office, and operations teams to gather requirements and implement enhancements.
- Develop and integrate APIs with internal and external systems and relational databases.
- Create UI/UX designs and prototypes using Figma.
- Implement CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins or similar tools.
- Test, debug, troubleshoot, and performance-tune applications.
- Participate in code reviews and follow software development standards and best practices.
- Deploy applications and resolve production issues with cross-functional teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- At least one year of experience in a Full-Stack Developer role within the financial services industry.
- Programming experience with Java and Python.
- Experience developing web applications with JavaScript frameworks, including Angular.
- Experience developing backend services and integrating APIs with relational databases.
- Experience working in Linux environments and configuring web servers such as NGINX.
- Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins or GitLab.
- Experience using Git, JIRA, and Confluence.
- Experience debugging, performance tuning, and developing applications using multi-tier architecture.
