Responsibilities
- Design, develop, maintain, troubleshoot, and optimize enterprise applications using Power Apps, including Canvas and Model-Driven Apps.
- Build scalable workflow automations with Power Automate Cloud Flows and support Power Automate Desktop solutions.
- Create data, reporting, and visualization solutions using Dataverse, SharePoint, and Power BI.
- Develop AI-enabled business solutions, conversational agents, and intelligent automations using Copilot Studio, AI Builder, Microsoft Copilot, Generative AI, and prompt engineering.
- Develop integrations using REST APIs, custom connectors, AWS services, Jira, Remedy, SharePoint, and other enterprise systems.
- Implement application lifecycle management, version control, solution packaging, releases, environment migrations, and CI/CD deployment processes using Azure Git and GitHub.
- Ensure solutions meet governance, security, compliance, scalability, and maintainability standards.
- Collaborate with business analysts, product owners, stakeholders, and technical teams to define requirements and architecture.
- Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior developers and citizen developers, conduct code reviews, and support production deployments.
- Evaluate emerging AI technologies, recommend use cases, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience developing solutions with Microsoft Power Platform.
- Strong hands-on experience with Power Apps, Power Automate Cloud Flows, Microsoft Dataverse, Copilot Studio, and Power BI.
- Expertise in prompt engineering, AI Builder, and Generative AI implementations.
- Experience developing and consuming REST APIs and custom connectors.
- Proficiency in SQL querying and data modeling.
- Experience with Azure Git, GitHub, and application lifecycle management practices.
- Preferred Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate certification (PL-400).
- Preferred experience with Microsoft 365 Copilot, enterprise AI adoption initiatives, Power Automate Desktop, Python, C++, SQL, enterprise governance, and security standards.
- Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies and DevOps practices.
