Responsibilities
- Lead initiatives to research and integrate AI capabilities into test environments.
- Consult with customers on integrating AI capabilities into their cybersecurity enterprises.
- Stay updated on industry trends in AI and cybersecurity operations.
- Provide mentorship in advanced threat hunting tactics to global clients.
- Establish parsing rules and dashboards for enterprise security tools.
- Collaborate with the range operations team to develop cybersecurity scenarios.
- Manage competing requirements and build consensus across the organization.
- Support assessments of customer security teams and events, requiring travel.
Requirements
- Proficiency in AI/ML engineering and practical application of AI agents.
- Deep understanding of AI agents and their orchestration for threat hunting.
- Hands-on experience designing Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems.
- Advanced proficiency in Python and data science libraries.
- Familiarity with open-source AI ecosystems and frameworks.
- 6+ years of experience in Security Operations or related fields.
- Experience analyzing telemetry for indicators of attack.
- Direct experience with large datasets and log analysis tools.
- Ability to apply Cyber Threat Intelligence effectively.
- Experience with security stack setup and troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with offensive security strategies.
- Ability to communicate complex concepts to diverse audiences.
- Hands-on experience with EDR and SIEM tools.
- Experience in digital forensics or incident response.
- Demonstrated self-starter with a desire to help others improve.
