Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy AI agents and chatbots using Microsoft Copilot Studio.
- Create conversational experiences with topics, intents, triggers, and multi-turn dialogue flows.
- Develop reusable components, templates, and skills for faster delivery.
- Implement prompt engineering and agent instruction design.
- Build automation solutions using Power Platform and integrate APIs and connectors.
Requirements
- 4 to 14 years of experience.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio or Power Virtual Agents.
- Strong knowledge of conversational AI and chatbot development.
- Experience with prompt engineering and agent instruction design.
- Experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, API integrations, and connectors.
- Basic familiarity with Azure AI, Azure OpenAI, RAG-based solutions, and knowledge grounding.
