Base Salary

$68k - $193k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end development, maintenance, and enhancement of custom MagicDraw/Cameo Systems Modeler plugins.
  • Build scalable back-end services and APIs with Java and Spring Boot.
  • Develop front-end interfaces with JavaScript, React, Angular, HTML, and CSS.
  • Create Python applications and scripts for automation, data processing, or service components.
  • Develop data retrieval mechanisms from Teamwork Cloud Server and build data analytics dashboards.
  • Implement automated build, test, and deployment pipelines using Tekton, Jenkins, and GitHub Actions.
  • Deploy, manage, and monitor applications on OpenShift and Google Cloud Platform.
  • Deploy infrastructure components with Terraform.
  • Implement unit, integration, and end-to-end automated testing.
  • Troubleshoot production issues, resolve technical problems, and address performance bottlenecks.
  • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers throughout the software development lifecycle.
  • Participate in code reviews, knowledge sharing, and architectural and technology decisions.
  • Explore AI/ML techniques to improve modeling intelligence and efficiency.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience as a Full Stack Developer or in a similar role, with a strong portfolio of delivered projects.
  • Deep proficiency in Java and extensive experience with Spring Boot.
  • Hands-on experience building and consuming RESTful APIs, FAST APIs, and Stream APIs.
  • Experience developing applications or scripts with Python.
  • Experience with Google Cloud Platform, including services such as Cloud Run, Compute Engine, Cloud Storage, and Firestore.
  • Experience with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, React, and Angular.
  • Experience deploying and managing applications on OpenShift and familiarity with Docker and containerization.
  • Experience with Terraform, GitHub Actions, Tekton pipelines, and ideally Jenkins for infrastructure and CI/CD automation.
  • Knowledge of AI/ML and data analytics libraries including Pandas, NumPy, and TensorFlow.
  • Familiarity with 42Crunch, FOSSA, Cycode, and SonarQube.
  • Familiarity with Git version control.
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science.
  • Strong problem-solving, attention to detail, communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
  • Preferred experience with agile development methodologies, JIRA, Kubernetes, SQL or NoSQL databases, MagicDraw, Teamwork Cloud, model-based systems engineering, VIATRA, model-driven engineering, automotive concepts, and systems engineering.
