Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes and design and develop large-scale software solutions on SAP platforms.
- Develop strategic planning components using SAP HANA, SQL, BPC, SAC, and Fiori.
- Integrate Google Cloud capabilities, Gen AI and Python models with SAP solutions such as SAP PaPM.
- Develop and maintain integrated, high-quality solutions for finance and business users, including senior management.
- Collaborate with SAP engineers, technical architects, product owners, and business leads on strategic solutions.
- Ensure reliability, resiliency, and reusability through CI, CT, and CD practices, automated unit testing, performance testing, post-go-live validation, and lifecycle checks.
- Support the IT Application Owner with audits, policies, standards, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- Degree from a recognized university in IT or business administration, or comparable training or professional experience.
- Substantial professional experience designing and programming large-scale, complex SAP software solutions.
- Experience with SAP PaPM, SAP BPC, SAP BCS or BCS/4HANA, SAC BI and Planning, SAP HANA, BW/4HANA, or large ABAP codebases.
- Experience as an IT Application Owner or IT Application Owner delegate is desirable.
- Knowledge of AI/ML modeling for financial data is advantageous.
- Experience with SAP BTP, DataSphere, SAP Gen AI products, SAC BI, SAP Business Objects, Tableau, or integrated reporting solutions is desirable.
- Experience with agile development methods, DevOps concepts, Google Cloud services, Vertex or Cortex frameworks, Python, JSON, .NET, or Tableau is beneficial.
- Fluent English is required; German language skills are desirable.
- Ability to collaborate in global, diverse teams with strong customer and strategic solution orientation.
